Julie Marshall is currently recruiting for a Senior Analytical Scientist in Hertfordshire, to join a multi national Pharmaceutical company on a temporary basis for 12 months.

Your main responsibilities in this role will be to:
Conduct Method Development in either Gas or Liquid Chromatography.
Validation of Chromatographic methods according to ICH guidelines.
Conduct analytical testing using HPLC, GC, LCMS laboratory skills.
Record data and maintain a laboratory notebook
Conduct Method Development experiments with limited supervision.

You are required to have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
BSc/MSc/PhD (or equivalent) in a Chemistry related subject with demonstrable set of analytical lab skills.
Previous experience of working in a GMP analytical laboratory environment or equivalent.
Strong analytical laboratory skills.
You will have knowledge of the underlying principles of a wide range of analytical techniques.
You will be familiar with using GC / LC for quantitative analysis.
You will have the ability to write protocols and technical reports with minimum supervision.
