This role will suit a candidate who has an excellent attention to detail, is motivated and driven to succeed. The client uses multiple systems therefore multi tasking is essential as well as being capable of managing a variety of inboxes and managing calls.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage client accounts, dealing with queries and administration
* Working towards SLA's
* Interacting with other teams on a daily basis
* Maintain client files
* Ensure all operating procedures are up to date
Candidate Requirements
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong administration and numeracy skills
* Strong Microsoft Office Skills - Intermediate Level
* High attention to detail
