Your main role will be to support the class teacher and to work with other support staff to enhance the development and education of pupils. You will assist with the daily running of the classroom and supporting other support team members.

Job role:
You will provide input into the planning and evaluation of learning activities for individuals and groups of pupils. As well as this you will monitor individuals progress, achievements, development and report these to the class teacher.

What do you need to have?
-Level 2/ Level 3 NVQ
-Be engaging, fun and flexible where needed
-Able to deal with challenging behaviour
-Have a patient, calm and creative approach
-Bring new ideas, be adaptable and build excellent working relationships
-Enjoys working as part of a team
-Recognises the importance of great relationships with colleagues, pupils and parents.
