Account Manager

Full Time Permanent Role

Our client are looking for an enthusiastic & experienced Sales Advisor with account management skills to join their fast moving internal sales team. They offer an attractive salary based upon your skills and experience, with a realistic performance bonus scheme and genuine career prospects.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
To achieve sales and gross profit targets monthly by selling products and services to new and existing regional database customers.
To pro-actively source and develop new business.
To negotiate on price and ensure that targeted Gross Profit levels and margins are met.
To facilitate the smooth process of orders by full and accurate communication with relevant department heads.
To ensure that all administration, including quotes, orders, CRM records, diary actions, client visits are kept up to date on a daily basis.
To conduct customer visits and carry out presentations where necessary
To assist in the development of annual budgets and for ensuring that once they are agreed they are achieved and adhered to.
To work diligently and professionally with all members of the company.

Key Skills:
Experience of working in a target driven environment
Ability to work on own initiative and be self motivated.
Administration and PC Skills
Sales Skills (both telephone and face to face)
Presentation skills and strong communication skills
Negotiation and closing skills
Open minded and pro-actively looking for ways to improve the services offered by the company
Candidates should be comfortable talking to prospective, new and existing customers at all levels.
The Role:
To actively sell the company's diverse range of products and services in a business to business environment. Using your existing excellent levels of Customer Service and Sales skills, with additional training, you will ensure sales and gross profit budgets are met.
