Night Care Manager
Preston area
£9.00 per hour

Topcare Network is assisting a client in the Preston area who is looking for a night care manager to join the team. The home specialises in care for older people.
Our client is looking for enthusiastic people to continue making their homes a rewarding and enjoyable place to live and work, they value a great attitude.
Essential criteria o2-3 years' experience in care environment oAble to demonstrate led a team or supervisory position oNVQ3 in Direct Care. oExperience of administering medication oExperience of care planning and risk assessment in order to meet individual needs oGood literacy skills (to be able to write and evaluate care plans)
Desirable oHave experience of care planning for residents with complex needs oComputer literate

Mentor new staff leading by example oEnjoy a busy environment - administering medication, serving meals and ensuring the resident's rooms and the home are kept clean, pleasant and welcoming at all times oAbility to communicate with older people and be interested in their needs oEager to complete all training relevant to your role to ensure continual professional development
