Sales administrator
Kenect Personnel are delighted to be recruiting for a sales administration role to join a well-established business who are specialists within a niche industry based in the Burton upon Trent area.
The Sales Administrator will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.
The ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a strong background of customer service qualities. If you have exceptional organisational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you.

Working Hours:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday
8:30am- 5:00pm
Main Responsibilities:
* Process orders via email or phone
* Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
* Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
* Liaise with the other departments to ensure timely deliveries
* Maintain and update sales and customer records
* Develop monthly sales reports
* Communicate important feedback from customers internally
* Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
* Stay up-to-date with new products and features
The Person:
* Excellent customer service skills
* Good communication skills written and verbal
* Go that extra mile to ensure all customer needs are met
* Knowledge within the engineering industry would be advantageous
* Previous experience within a Sales Administration role
