We're seeking to recruit great new Support Workers; people with the right values and behaviors to join an organisation that provides care and support to adults with learning difficulties in the West Midlands - could this be you?

You'll be working both as part of a team and on an individual basis to help adults with learning difficulties develop, learn and increase their independence through person centred care.

You should be keen to take part in a wide range of special interests and activities that support their health and wellbeing such as arts and crafts, musical days, gardening, shopping trips and social occasions.

Our minimum requirements are 6 months' experience with a relevant qualification OR 12 months' without. You'll also be required to apply for an enhanced DBS or be registered with the DBS update service.
