Our client is a very successful and growing IT Software Company based in the centre of Cambridge. They are looking for an experienced Sale Account Manager to join their growing sales team! This is a new post and a very exciting opportunity for a talented sales professional (preferably from an IT / Software / SaaS background), to join an excellent team in a fun and friendly working environment.

The Account Manager will involve 50% new business development and 50% account management:

Delivering on the complete sales cycle - specifically for high value new business

Developing relationships with existing customers - specifically up selling new solutions that are relevant to existing business

The Account Manager will have experience in the following:

* Proven Sales experience and success - B2B
* Negotiation skills
* A consultative, professional approach to selling
* A confident, motivated, professional personality and style
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a wide range of customers
* Outstanding listening, verbal and written communication skills including an excellent telephone manner
* Effective time management and organisational skills
* Attention to detail
* A passionate interest in technology

Expected earnings are between £25,000 - £40,000+

This is a full-time permanent position working 35 hours per week.
