Position: Assistant Site Manager Petersfield, Hampshire

Rate: £18-£23 an hour

Position:

I am looking for an Assistant Site Manager for a brand new site in Petersfield the site is roughly 120 units of traditional housing and will commence building in the next few weeks. The company you could potentially be joining are one of the country's leading housebuilders and have established an enviable reputation for their quality of build and design, specification and customer service. This position will be on a temp to perm basis.

Individual:

I require a strong assistant with experience working with a residential developer. I am looking for anyone with a trade background or a construction academic background. This is a good opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to work as a number two on site and help deliver a project from start through to finish. This would suit a trade background supervisor looking to become a residential developer or someone that has had experience at Assistant Site Management and wants to get more exposure to running a job out on site. Candidate will need to have valid first aid, CSCS Card, and SMSTS/SSSTS. Candidate must live within an easy commute or be willing to travel to Petersfield.
