JOB PURPOSE
The settlement Administrator will have previous work experience within a Finance function and an understanding of partner payments. You will be responsible for compiling, processing and settling all company payments, dealing with statement enquiries and the reclaim of commissions and cancellation of agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of monthly commission settlements and statements
* Completing and responding to statement enquiries from retailers and brokers
* Ensure that all monthly balance sheet reconciliations are up to date relating to area of responsibility with any variances investigated and resolved in a timely manner.
* Support all daily bank transaction postings in CODA for all company entities
* Highlight immediately to management any areas of concern relating to settlements or statements
* Involvement in internal and external audits.
Requirements:
* Strong numerate ability
* Problem solving and attention to detail
* A good understanding of Excel
* Ability to work without supervision
* Diligent
* Studying for AAT or other equivalent
