Marc Daniels is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-known company who are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their team based in Slough. This role is part time circa 30 hours per week Monday to Friday 9.30-3.30
Job Scope
Administer all head office tasks for back office and related systems and to provide administrative support across other areas as required.
Key Responsibilities
* To process refunds/withdrawal/credit requests through our online portal via PayPal.
* To resolve customer disputes and queries with the help of other departments in a timely manner.
* Regular communication with internal staff and local personnel.
* Reply to all external and internal emails.
* Deal with and escalate complaints as appropriate.
* Monthly Reconciliation of receipts and refunds.
* Attend quarterly meetings involving Sales, Marketing and Customer Service areas to review key issues and developments, held at either Ryton or Slough.
* Credit Control Administration Duties as and when required.
Core Responsibilities
* Ensure that all Health and Safety policies and procedures are adhered to with as stated in the employee handbook/displayed at the location.
* Keep work station clean and tidy and in a safe state.
* Adhere to all Security Policies and Procedures as outlined in the employee handbook/displayed at the location.
* Ensure that all verbal and written communication is appropriate, accurate and in line with data Protection regulations.
* Adhere to the company Bullying & Harassment policy.
* Always use appropriate language when speaking to others.
* Comply with Company guidelines in relation to timekeeping, attendance, work performance, appearance and display appropriate behavior whilst on site.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, good command of the English language, have a flexible approach and the ability to work on own initiative. Will have an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel, have excellent attention to detail, be a good team player and industry experience is desirable
