GRAPHIC DESIGNER

KENDAL

£25,000 to £30,000 + Free On-Site Parking

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Get Recruited is working with a well-established, family run business who supply quality products to both UK and European companies. Due to expansion they are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join the design team.

Primarily, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for working alongside the existing Graphic Designer and E-Commerce Manager as well as liaise with external providers to co-ordinate all content.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

* Coordinate with the existing graphic designer, comparing ideas and working towards objectives and deadlines set by the director
* Liaise with third party providers and agencies when needed
* Support the company's social media presence pushing out eye catching content
* Help to develop the company website to increase company branding and product exposure
* Produce literature and design formats for leaflets
* Assist with the production of a new virtual brochure
* Support the company through projects and events
* Assist with in-house photography

THE PERSON:

* Previous experience within a graphic design role represents a good degree of business acumen
* A good working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP
* Proficient with Adobe packages such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat
* Strong communication skills
* Creative with the ability to bring fresh new ideas to the business
