We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a IT Support Analyst to join our market leading client based in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for will provide 1st line IT Support to all our internal staff, with telephone based or face-to-face support, in addition to dealing with the day-to-day Support tickets. Must have a professional and personable approach!

Key Skills Required:

* 12 months+ experience of working a similar role.
* In depth understanding of Microsoft Office (2010 onwards)
* In depth understanding of Windows 7 , Windows 10
* In depth understanding configuring PC hardware and peripherals
* Exposure to updating Websites and HTML
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
* Flexible and adaptable where required.

Information:

Hours: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm / Monday - Friday Based: Baker Street London.
