Customer Experience Manager - Buckinghamshire
A leading energy industry organisation is searching for a passionate Customer Experience Manager to deliver its customer service strategy constantly keeping up to date on the latest customer expectations. You will lead the customer experience team of around 20 FTE ensuring that they are acting proactively to ensure they are on top of the latest customer queries.

* Constantly looking for areas with the potential for process improvement
* Energy industry experience - desirable
Daily Duties
The successful Customer Experience Manager will lead a team of around 20 FTE ensuring that customer service levels are maintained and areas for development are identified and acted on. You will also work closely with the Business Change team to ensure that operations and processes are as efficient as possible while maintaining excellent customer experience. Leading by example you will also take control of any escalated issues or complaints that cannot be handled by the team.
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £45,000
Location: Buckinghamshire
