On-going Estimator role within Facilities and Utilities FM, based within Newport area, up to £390 per day.

Your new company
A national facilities management company based in multiple locations across the UK are looking for an estimator within the utilities sector in the Newport Area. The company are a hard services FM provider to large estates globally.

Your new role
You will be providing estimations for all capital projects on a large estate in Newport. You will liaise with other departments to assess the feasibility of a project prior to work being approved and completed. Once the capital projects are underway, you will remain in regular contact with the projects team / contractors on site.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have background working within facilities management of some degree and have done estimating work within previous roles. Ideally you will have experience of working in the utilities sector.

What you'll get in return
You will receive an excellent day rate of up to £390 p/day depending on experience & pay type.
