My client is a rapidly growing multi-million pound Publisher and Publishing Services Company offering real opportunities to individuals with the right attitude, skills and ambition. Due to our continued success and expansion we need to fill the following position:
CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER - Bourne
My clients Subscription and Membership team are looking for a forward-thinking Manager to join them in this growing area of their business!
You will be managing a team who cover all aspects of customer service and order processing so previous management within these areas is vital.
You will also have a positive commercial approach to all situations, good organisational skills and an eye for detail, plus the ability to lead a team to achieve 100% customer service whilst also balancing the other requirements of the Subscription Department.
Reporting to the Head of Subscriptions you will be involved in the ongoing strategy of the department as we look at technology and systems to continue improving our services.
Hours: Working hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm (on a rota basis) and 1 in 4 Saturdays and bank holidays.
