Teaching Personnel provide specialist support staff to local SEN schools, pupil referral units and alternative education settings. If you are available to work during school hours (08.30-15.30) and interested in flexible supply work as a teaching assistant or individual needs assistant, please contact Teaching Personnel today to register.

Recent work experience within a school or other similar setting supporting children is essential (nursery, primary and/or secondary). Relevant SEN experience is desirable e.g. Social Emotional & Mental Health difficulties (SEMH), Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC), Profound & Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD).

Although a Childcare or Teaching Assistant qualification would be beneficial, Teaching Personnel offer various CPD courses to candidates including Team-Teach, Child Protection, Introduction to Autism and Prevent Duty.
