We are recruiting for a Team Manager in the Okehampton area! Fantastic opportunity for development for an experienced Deputy Manager within learning disability services!

You will support and manage a team of support workers, delivering care and support to adults with learning disabilities within a supported living setting. You will be supported by the Registered Manager who will coach and mentor you to develop in your role.

You will be an experienced care practitioner, with solid experience of health and social care, including at Team Leader or Deputy Manager level or above. You will have some experience within learning disability services, and will hold an NVQ 3 Health and Social Care qualification minimum.
