Genix Healthcare Ltd are currently recruitment for a HR Advisor to Provide a full HR generalist service for Genix Healthcare, A & H Developers and Sparkle Dental Labs.

Liaise with Head of HR/Legal on a daily basis and assist with providing a high quality HR and employee relations advisory service to individuals (managers and employees).

Contribute to the long term development of the HR function ensuring a consistently high level of customer care is provided to all individuals and people who use the HR Service

Promote the Company core values and fulfill the aims and objectives of the service

To work flexibly and collaboratively with other colleagues in the HR team, proactively identifying areas for service improvement within the HR function

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

CIPD qualified or working towards qualification
Generalist HR/Admin experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Able to work alone or in a team
Excellent telephone manner
Proactive, flexible and adaptable
Punctual
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Discretion, tact and confidentiality at all times.
Good time management and the ability to prioritise workload
Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
