About the role

Working in our NFU Mutual Direct contact centre in Cardiff is unlike working in any other. As Sales and Customer Service Advisor for NFU Mutual Direct, youll be at the heart of the customer relationship, delivering the best possible service to ensure customers expectations are not only met but exceeded.

With an extensive training programme in place before you even pick up the phone, youll be brought fully up to speed on everything from product knowledge to customer service skills and techniques.

Therell be no cold calling here, as you speak to current NFU Mutual customers who are either looking to renew or may be interested in purchasing additional products. After establishing that all-important rapport with customers, youll pro-actively identify and target opportunities where they may require further services. Whether its a policy renewal, the purchase of a new product or simply good advice, this role is about more than just selling. While youll have individual targets and be rewarded for your hard work, what will be equally important is the key role you play in strengthening the customer relationships that we value most here at NFU Mutual.

About you

A self-motivated people person, youre experienced in delivering a high quality of customer service, with the ability to build strong relationships and understand the needs and perspective of the customer. As a confident team player, youre able to deliver results and contribute to overall performance, while also working to personal targets of your own. If you have experience working to key performance indicators in a targeted environment, thats even better.

We also ask that you are fully flexible for shifts Monday to Friday from 8:00am-8:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am-12:30pm.
