Exciting fast track opportunity to work in a rapidly growing residential construction business. Our client work on major new build and conversion programmes providing much needed housing in the South East market.

The requirement is for a design manager to agree and implement design management processes and procedures so the overall business can benefit. You will then track designs, capture design changes, ensure changes are authorised and agree architects for the programmes.

Successful applicants will have a proven background of working as a design manager on residential projects. For the right candidate, there will be the option to grow with the business into a technical director capacity.
