Recruitment Consultant
Someone highly organized, pro-active, outgoing and confident is essential and you must have an excellent telephone manner and presentation skills. A high standard of spoken and written English is vital and fluency in other languages would be an advantage.
The role will be full-time based from either Leeds/Halifax and there will be a key focus on your performance and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support by phone and email
Advertising vacancies in wide range of media
Using candidate databases to match the right person to the clients vacancy
Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates for clients
- Requesting references and checking the suitability and identification of applicants before submitting their details to the client
** Sales & Business Development is required in the role **
