Planning Adviser (2 year fixed term contract)
21 hours per week, salary £20,441 (£23,260) £26,780 pro-rata

We are looking for a Planning Adviser to join us on a 2 year temporary contract, working 21 hours per week; Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

HomeFix our successful in-house repairs team is responsible for carrying out responsive repairs and planned maintenance to our properties. Working as part of a team, your role will be to plan and schedule work for up to 30 operatives using our computerised scheduling system. You will monitor the allocation of labour throughout the day to achieve the best use of resources and ensure repairs and planned works are scheduled within target times to enable us to achieve key performance targets.

Ideally you will have experience planning/scheduling work and have a general knowledge of repairs.

You will need to demonstrate excellent customer service, an empathic and positive approach and the ability to manage conversations and customer expectations effectively.
