DUTIES

Provide a day to day customer interface
Lead and develop continuous improvement activities within Quality
Ensure quality standards are achieved and maintained
Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions
Ensure new process and product introduction are adhering to Quality standards
Full use of Quality tools, such as APQP, PPAPs, FMEA and Control Plans
Relationship building, both internally and externally
Customer visits

REQUIREMENTS

Ideally, you will be a qualified Internal / External auditor to TS16949 / ISO 9001 standards
To have an understanding of manufacturing and engineering
Previous experience of ensuring quality standards are in place, for new process and products
Current Passport and driving license is essential
Previous customer liaison experience, as is O.E.M exposure
Strong negotiation skills
A true rapport / relationship builder
