Our client is global leading Insurer based in West London. They are looking for bright, reliable, enthusiastic people with a can-do attitude to join their expanding team. This role is purely customer service focused, with the opportunity to earn up to £500 per month in bonuses - there is no sales involved.

As a Customer Service Agent you will:
* Give advice for potential claims and answering customers queries by phone and email
* Keep records of customer queries and resolutions
* Provide excellent customer service
* Investigate claims, problem solve, find solutions
* Work shifts: rolling 5 days out of 7, incl. weekends when rostered 7 hrs per day shift patterns between 8am and 9pm
* Need to pass a DBS check
* To be clearly spoken

Experience requested of Customer Service Agent:
* Enjoy working in a team and to delver a high level of customer service at all times
* Customer Service experience
* Inbound Call Centre experience is desirable but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills
* Great interpersonal and customer care skills
* Ability to deal with difficult customers
* Good analytical and problem solving skills
