Job Description

My client is looking for an established Service Manager, or exceptional Assistant Manager, ready for a step up, to head up their Service team. The successful applicant will have knowledge in all areas of the role, with a proven record in people management, as well as a firm grasp of the financial side of the business. You will be responsible for all areas of the service department.

Responsibilities

To oversee day to day operation of the Service department
To ensure customer satisfaction is maintained
To control costs relating to the workshop
You will answer directly to the DP

Qualifications

At least 2 years in the role of Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager
A stable work history
Main Dealer background

Basic Salary from £30k DOE
