The successful Sustainability Consultant will ideally meet all of the following criteria:-

- Property background, whether it be in Building Services, sustainability, building surveying or architecture.
- Understanding of the BREEAM processes ideally 2 years worth
- Outgoing, personable and motivated to succeed within sustainability.
- A passion for the sustainability sector with knowledge of the construction processes.
