Senior Quality Engineer West Yorkshire - £42,000 - £48,000

Buckleigh & Williams are currently searching for a Senior Quality Engineer for one of our key clients which is commutable from both the West Yorkshire and South Yorkshire areas. Our client is a large Engineering manufacturing business who are looking to add an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to their team, handling both systems and Quality checks. This is a permanent position with opportunity to progress into a Production managerial role.

The ideal Senior Quality Engineer will have a strong amount of Aerospace or Automotive and manufacturing knowledge with good technical experience in this area. Skills and experience:
- 5+ Years Experience as a (Senior) Quality Engineer
- Experience working alongside production essential
- ISO TS16949 / IATF 16949 awareness essential
- SIX Sigma (green belt) Essential
- Production and Manufacture experience essential
- Good problem solving skills combined with ability to analyse faults & educate on improvements
- Aerospace or Automotive experience desirable
- Solid experience partaking in Auditing desirable
- APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP all desirable
- Degree or HNC in Relevant Engineering Field Required
