A world leader in analytical instrumentation is seeking an accomplished, ambitious and commercially astute GC-MS Application Specialist.

Acting as a field based technical specialist your time will be split between pre and post-sales support. Your duties will cover the following:-

- Aiding in the development of customer methods
- Demonstrating methods/proof of concept
- Technical support to the sales team
- Provide customer training and support

In addition you will also get to attend high profile industry conferences, presenting technological advancements.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced scientist to utilise their wealth of GC-MS method development/troubleshooting experience in a new exciting role and work with latest GC-MS/MS technology.

This role is homebased and will incorporate 50-70% travel, this includes time spent at the application laboratory as well as customer sites. In addition to expert GC-MS knowledge and significant GC-MS/MS experience; excellent communication and organisation skills are a must.
