A Quality Inspector is required to join a well-established supplier of sheet metal fabrication for the automotive, aerospace and medical sector based in the Cambridge area The Quality Inspector will be responsible for the maintenance and improved of the companies QMS.

Quality Inspector Position Overview


* Conducting internal audits
* Conducting external audits on suppliers

* Inspecting components using a Keyence Image Measuring Machine.
* Completing 8D reports and dealing with customer & supplier non-conformances.
* Creating SPC and capability studies on some components where required.
* Entering details onto the IMDS system.

* Raising PPAP Level 3 documentation for new projects
* Overseeing goods inward inspection

Quality Manager Position Remuneration

* Salary £25k depending on experience
* 28 days holiday + Bank Holidays
