As the lead for the HR Team you will provide support at both strategic and operational levels, interpreting business needs and developing focused and pragmatic HR solutions that are aligned to the business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development and implementation of company's HR strategy including the day to day operations, recruitment people development and projects.
Responsible for advising managers on tools, methodologies & procedures that will support business performance and improve people management capability, including the practical implementation of employment law, performance management, employee relations and training & development.
To develop a recruitment strategy that delivers cost effective and quality recruitment to meet the needs of the various functions across the business.
Responsibility for the effective management of all employee related cases including attendance, disciplinary, capability, performance and grievance including leading on all complex cases
Responsible for the design and development employee policies and initiatives to enhance employee engagement
Responsible for working with the business to develop organisational design including structure, succession and talent management
Responsible for using and creating management information and reports, analysing business needs and developing HR policies and procedures
Manage the continuous review and improvement on all HR related activity
Responsible for all people / HR related change programmes and their successful planning and implementation
Ability to manage and build lasting stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
Maintain HR information system records and compile reports as required
Experience
Proven experience as a HR Manager / Business Partner in a generalist role.
Some experience of Health and Safety management (desirable)
Qualifications
CIPD Level 7 qualification or working towards
Training qualification would be desirable
