Our Client is specialist sub-contractor based in London, providing a Demolition, Ground Works, RC Frames, Basement design and construct service to the built environment.

Reporting to a Regional Director, the Contracts Manager will be required to manage a selection of live projects in Bedfordshire/Cambridgeshire/Essex. The Contracts Manager will be involved in the preconstruction stage of each project and will be client facing.

We are looking for experienced candidates who can demonstrate significant successes and a record of achievement in the management of groundworks and reinforced concrete frame packages, together combined with commercial skills and the ability to deliver a project within the commitment of the contract.
