Working Foreman

A new planned maintenance contract is immobilising across Devon which is being self delivered, resulting in many vacancies becoming available for a team which will consist of the below skilled trade staff;

Kitchen fitter
Bathroom fitter
Tiler
Painter
Plasterer
Working foreman

These will all be perm or temp to perm roles and all start in November. This is replacing kitchens and bathrooms in people's homes, so experience of working in occupied properties is preferred.

Vans fuel cards and uniform is supplied along with an excellent competitive annual package.

Basic PPE
Tiling qualification
Asbestos awareness
Eligibility to enable you to work in the UK
Full UK driving license
The ability to provide at least 1 trade specific reference
Previous social housing maintenance experience

Price / Salary: £26000 - £28000/annum
