As the Care Operations Manager, you will manage the day to day operations, building upon a network of private and local authority clients, by identifying and developing areas of growth. Duties will also include:

Building strong relationships within the local community.
Managing recruitment and retention, and the development of the staff team.
Representing the company and relationship building.
Completing quality assurance visits and service reviews.
Creating budgets and business operations strategy for the branch.
Ensuring all legal, regulatory and the organisations standards are met or exceeded.

What experience and qualifications will you need?
If you are business focussed and hold excellent care standards, this could be the perfect job for you! You will have the autonomy to oversee unique services, and drive forward the organisation in a stage of ongoing growth. You will also be qualified to NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent and be a car driver.
