Our client is looking to develop and expand customer contact centre teams based in Wakefield to provide customers a first class and exception customer service experience.
The Role

The role consists of handling inbound calls from existing customers
*
To ensure that every customer interaction has a positive outcome and the needs of customers have been fully met.
*
The ability to listen, empathise and inspire confidence as you provide professional advice
*
Supplying account information and processing an overdraft requests
*
General administration and data input
Skills/Experience Needed
*
Previous call centre/customer service experience
*
Self motivation, bright and bubbly personality
*
Confident and professional customer service skills
*
Confident team player
*
Strong communication and listening skills
Good PC skills are essential, customer service, keyboard skills, excellent telephone manner and confidence on the phone.
Wage Structure
*
The starting wage is £8.79 per hour
Further Information
*
Successful candidates would have to be flexible to work a full time rota from Monday to Saturday, flexible between the hours of 8am and 8pm
*
Full training provided No time to be taken off during this period
You will be required to pass a credit check, a criminal records check and have the past 3 years worth of employment references.
