Customer Service Manager

Salary - circa £40k plus bonus
CCA Recruitment are working with a major international organisation that provides niche technology into consumer facing businesses. A new role of Customer Service Manager has recently been created to lead the European Customer Services function based from Tunbridge Wells in Kent.
The role will be responsible for ensuring the operational delivery of customer services through the in-house contact centre. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for the development of the operational plan from call volume forecasting and capacity planning through to the training requirements within the contact centre. You will be responsible for all operational performance and improvements.
Requirements to be successful in the role of Customer Service Manager
* To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate:
* Significant experience of contact centre management - ideally in a multilingual environment (but not essential)
* Exposure to workforce planning, call forecasting and commercial management
* Understanding of training requirement management and needs analysis
Benefits: 10% bonus
Price / Salary: £35000 - £45000/annum 10% bonus
