Sales Advisor
Bournemouth, Poole and Salisbury
£30,000 per annum

Our clients are currently selecting suitable applicants to attend a Sales Advisor Assessment Centre which will be held locally on Wednesday 29th November 2017.

They have dealerships in the Bournemouth, Poole and Salisbury areas and has around 725 employees.

They arent looking for the finished article as they will in turn offer a comprehensive induction, through their accredited Sales Advisor training programme, together with all of the help and support you need to become a successful Sales Advisor with their company.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate for the Sales Advisor role will portray the following skills and attributes:

* Confidence, resilience, drive, energy and talent.
* A well-presented individual with a desire, character and attitude to succeed.
* An individual with the ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers.
* A determination to meet and exceed targets and KPIs.
* You must have a full driving license to be considered for the role as it involves going on test drives with customers.
* They are looking to recruit ambitious, smart and results motivated individuals to be Sales Executives

Sales Advisor Benefits

* Typically you can expect to earn £30,000 in your first year, however many individuals earn in excess of this.
