What will I be doing?
As a Customer Services Administrator, you will provide a first-class service to customers looking to use our travel insurance services.
Responding to a range of enquiries, youll communicate with customers in a friendly, personable manner and confidently provide details of our insurance solutions.
Dont worry about getting tongue-tied youll have a script to back you up and ensure that you convey all the information you need to.
Additionally, your duties will involve:
- Swiftly answering telephone calls (after all, no one likes to be left on hold)
- Responding to queries regarding amendments to existing policies and previously issued quotes
- Working in-line with FCA regulations
- Updating the computer system with key information
- Occasionally carrying out office duties
Sounds great! What do I need?
- Customer service and administration experience
- A high level of IT literacy
- The ability to work from a script
- Fantastic listening and communication skills
- A great eye for detail
Our dream Customer Services Administrator will also have insurance experience, but this is by no means essential.

This is a full time role, working 40 hours per week. Working hours will be between 8:30 18:00 plus one in four Saturdays.
