We have a new and exciting opportunity on behalf of our client who are a prestigious national logistics provider. The position is a newly implemented role for the company which is to start Immediately and will be based within their central operations in Birmingham. Initially the position is to provide direct support to enable them to operate efficiently.
Duties:
Provide general administrative support to the Management/Admin team and any other tasks as required.
General Administration, stationary, PPE, maintain files as necessary
Obtaining proof of deliveries
Managing proof of deliveries
Managing a shared inbox
Filtering emails to the relevant team
General Data Entry
Answer telephone calls, take messages and transfer calls
Training/Qualifications necessary:
Good level of computer literacy
Good communication skills at all levels
Self motivated with the ability to work dynamically under own initiative
Flexible approach to shift start times.
Have a professional and safety orientated approach to the role
Working Hours:
Flexible Working hours Monday Friday 4-5 Hour working Day
Minimum 3-month contract
Pay Rate £8:00 P/H
Price / Salary: £8/hour
