Are you looking to work for a brand-new, state of the art facility based in Milton Keynes, my client is a forward thinking dynamic group, who are you looking for an experienced Smart Repairer to join their team.

You will be required to carry out any general cosmetic repairs on a variety of brands to the highest standard to ensure customer satisfaction.

The Role:

* Responsible for repairing and refurbishing any damage that has occurred to the vehicles. This includes scratches, scuffs and dents as well as windscreen chips, upholstery repair and leather reconditioning and recolouring and wheel refurbishments
* Ensure that vehicle is prepared and cleaned before they are ready to be repaired
* As well as cosmetic paint touch ups and local paintwork repairs
* To maintain equipment on a regular basis and report any problems to the Service Manager

Who we are looking for:

* The ideal candidate will have experience of carrying out minor paint and small dent repairs; alloy wheel refurbishment; upholstery repairs and windscreen repairs
* Customer satisfaction is paramount hence a pride in your workmanship and attention to detail is essential
* Inter-personnel skills are also key as you will be liaising directly with customers as well as inter-departmentally
* Uphold a professional image of the company at all times

What's on offer?

* We are looking to offer a basic salary up to £26,500 and an OTE of £29,500 depending on experience
* Required to work 40 hours per week
* Ability to progress with a franchised dealership
