About Us

Here at Workforce, we have built our recruitment brand by supplying some of the best candidates in Europe to our partner clients in the UK, across various sectors, including the Furniture & Textiles, Automotive & Transport, Logistics & Distribution and Recycling & Engineering sectors. In the coming months we will be expanding into other new and exciting divisions. Which is why we are looking to grow and develop our diverse, dynamic team of rockstars!

We have a team of multinational recruiters from the UK, Poland, Romania, Hungary, Spain and Italy. We all share one clear goal to offer life changing career opportunities to our thousands of dedicated candidates.
Our stunning, architect designed office is situated north of Manchester, in Bolton, right next to our favourite gym and set in a park, where we spend our breaks during sunny days.

Your Role

Your day will start at 7:50am where you will meet Anna by the coffee machine, which will soon form the only routine of your day! Your key purpose in life will soon become to help match the right candidate with the right job opportunity. To achieve this you will be placing adverts on various job boards throughout Europe (The Marketing Team will help you with this).

You will then be conducting in depth telephone interviews with your future superstar candidates, using all your natural charm and charisma, whilst not forgetting to input their details onto our bespoke database.

Your next task will be to find accommodation close to the candidates new workplace. We always make sure we look after all of our people, its in our DNA.

You will then head to the airport in your brand new Volkswagen Golf to pick up your candidate, who has just arrived in the UK. Then off you both go to visit the client and attend a skills test, where your candidate passes with flying colours, of course! They are superstars, like you, after all!

Congratulations your candidate has passed the skills test and its now time to help them settle into their new home. Dont forget to fill out all the necessary paperwork needed for them to start work the next day, those details really do matter.

Salary & Benefits

We are open to negotiating your salary, depending on how much talent you can demonstrate, in front of our whole team, in the art of expressive dance. Performed naked. On a cold day.

To give you a guide, our current Recruiters / Resourcers earn around £25-30k per annum, with loads of other great rewards on top of that, including that car.
