My client is one of the UK's leading tier 1 contractors and are looking to recruit Site Manager, to be the No1 on site, on a recently won project in Walton - on - Thames. The contractors area covers the Surrey, Sussex, & Kent Borders, the candidate would need to be able to commute to these areas.

The project is a £5million car refurbishment and new build part refurb of a commercial building. So some experience of civils would be beneficial.

You need to have a previous experience working as a Site Manager with a reputable contractor. The candidate could be someone who is looking to make the step up from a No2 on a large project, to running there own project as a No1. Alternatively it can be a proven No1 Site Manager used to running projects to the value of £5million. My client has asked for the candidate to have a permanent experience and stability in your career.

You will also be supervising the site on a day to day basis, reporting to the constriction director and contracts manager. You will be the first point of contact for the general public, Sub-Contractors, site managers and assistant site managers. Trades or Construction degree background welcome.

You must have the a valid CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS . Full training will be provided whist working. This is great opportunity for career progression with a leading tier 1 contractor, please note interviews will be arranged ASAP.

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + package
