Sales and Customer Support Advisor - now required in Norwich city centre!

- £17,000 - £19,700 per annum DOE (+ uncapped bonus potential) Performance related bonus
- 40 hours a week. On a shift basis, you will cover the core business hours of 08:00 to 20:00 Monday to Friday. 1 Saturday every month to be worked, paid at time and a half (these hours may be flexed dependent upon business needs and priorities)

Sales and Customer Support Advisor Responsibilities:
Joining the friendly team, you will be the first point of contact for both inbound and outbound calls, building relationships with our valued customers and helping to guide them through the loan application process. Interacting with them through telephone, web chat, text and email communications, you will work to provide the best possible customer experience and resolve any queries. You will also be responsible for:
- Creating and managing customer records on the database accurately & efficiently, and update accordingly throughout customer interactions and the customer journey
- Proactively responding to customer concerns, questions and queries, often relating to misunderstanding of the product / process.
- Asking open questions in order to understand customer needs and personal circumstances.
- Completing electronic identification and credit checks
- Ensuring that all activities are conducted in line with both internal and external regulatory requirements and the concept of Treating Customers Fairly.
- Organising and prioritising your workload to manage cases effectively.
- Achieving performance and quality objectives as set by management, within the appropriate performance periods, whilst also adhering to all Company and regulatory requirements at all times
- Undertaking regular training and coaching sessions to hone skills and knowledge.
- Commitment to being enthusiastic, tenacious, customer focussed, influential and self-motivated.
The ideal Sales and Customer Support Advisor:
To be successful in this role you will be self-motivated to be able to function as part of a team. You will have had proven experience dealing with customers alongside excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will also:
- Have excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
- Be very much a 'people person' and enjoy building relationships with our customers.
- Be able to provide the best possible service, that our customers have come to expect.
- Responsibility for dealing with queries and issues.
- Show dedication, enthusiasm and pride in your work.
