Looking to employ a Trainee Bodyshop Manager within a busy accident repair bodyshop

Location: Beaconsfield / Buckinghamshire

Salary: Up to £45,000 Plus Bonus, car, fuel and executive benefits

Fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Bodyshop Manager to join an established Accident Repair Centre.

The Ideal candidate will have an understanding of modern repair processes and techniques, an eye for driving sales opportunities combined with strong interpersonal skills and developing a team player approach is essential. We would consider anyone that has experience in Estimating, Workshop Control or Assistant Bodyshop Management.

Job role

To run the day to day operations of a busy accident repair centre with both insurer and manufacturer approvals, ensuring all body repairs and paintwork meet defined quality procedures.

A team player approach is essential, planning and prioritising the flow of work through the bodyshop.

You will also work closely with the estimators to ensure that the site is as profitable as possible.
