OVERALL PURPOSE:
To ensure that day to day activities for repairs requiring parts to be fitted are completed in a timely manner.
HOURS: This is a full-time position, on a fixed term contract of 6 months to help with the extra volumes anticipated for the winter. Monday to Friday (40 hours a week) working flexibly covering our core hours of 7.00 am 5.00 pm.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To liaise with staff at all levels.
First point of contact with residents and engineers regarding parts repairs.
Run daily reports to follow up on open jobs.
Ensure that the target number of jobs (80) is processed each day.
Ensure that the correct process is followed when booking in parts jobs.
Ensure that jobs are not open for more than 4 days.
If a job cannot be allocated to escalate to the CM Team Manager.
Ensure that callbacks are completed between 11 am and 3 pm.
Any administrative duties in connection with Parts.
KEY ATTRIBUTES
Good standard of keyboard skills and basic knowledge of Windows software, especially outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Positive attitude to work.
Presentable in appearance.
Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic.
Excellent customer services and communication skills.
