Title CNC TURNER PROGRAMMER SETTER OPERATOR
Salary/Rate £14.28 Hr / £29k pa
Type Permanent Days/39 Hours, Mon-Thurs 8.30am to 5.00pm, Fri 8.30am to 4.00pm,
Description Experienced, fully skilled CNC Turner required for a busy sub contract machine shop.
Small to medium batches, high precision components for motorsport/F1, pharmaceutical, Laser and other industries.
Ideal CNC Turner will be fully experienced in online programming 2 axis lathes. Experience with Fanuc Controls essential.
Responsibilities will include:
Programming, Setting and operating of CNC lathes.
The ability to carefully follow instructions and procedures.
Able to interpret technical drawings with a good understanding of geometric dimensions & tolerances.
Ensuring that quality, attention to detail and safety standards are adhered to at all times.
The necessary skill set and attitude to work within a team environment is essential.
Show flexibility and be prepared to work overtime to ensure tight delivery dates are met
