We are currently working with an exciting disrupter within the software, consultancy and IT services space. With a number of awards under the belt and truely one of Manchester best companies to work for they are recognised for being a true partner to some of the biggest business' such as Barclays to mid market clients. You will join their interview team with a view to progress in to field sales within 12 months
In this Internal Sales role you will work closely with existing and new customers with a view to generate new business relationships for the senior members of staff and help retain and develop existing accounts. This phone based role will give you an intro in to techology sales both from a lead generation and full sales cycle capacity. You will be given full training from the ground up and enjoy the benefits of a company used to promoting from within.
The company have gone from strength to strength winning numerous prestigeous awards in the last 24 months. You will be expected to progress within 12 months in to a senior position within the business as this role is seen as the 'training ground' for their top professionals.
You will sell a whole range of IT, software, consultancy, services. The company has young, fun office, very modern and recently completely re-designed. The culture of the business is fun with lots of nights out and banter in the office so if you dont have a personality this role is not for you.
Role: Internal Account Manager
* Generate new business relationships and manage existing customers through inbound/outbound calls
* Accountable for reaching annual targets (KPIs) and objectives as agreed
* Monitor and report on progress to include level of activity, pipeline, new revenue business opportunities and lead generation activity
* To build relationships with prospective contacts
* Working closely with our Operations Department for monitoring of contract renewals.
* Contact point for assigned customers building rapport and strong relationships
* Have a proactive and personalised approach to maximise the level of service and improve customer experience
* Proactively or as advised attend training sessions
Person: Internal Account Manager
* Some experience of B2B sales over the phone
* Highly motivated and self-starting individual
* Resilient and focused to meet activity levels required to support achieving number of meetings required.
* Must be professional, articulate and accurate in both verbal and written communication
* Good overall understanding or typical corporate IT environment
* Any previous knowledge or experience around IT would be a massive positive
