We have a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and ambitious Facilities Supervisor with the chance to join a highly respected company based in the centre of Birmingham.

In a key role within the dynamic Facilities Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the building is maintained to a safe and high standard. On a day to day basis you will manage the storage of files, monitor the maintenance and upkeep of the building, deal with mail management and distribution and oversee the monitoring of office supplies. You will coordinate with your team of Facilities Administrators to handle first aid and fire safety, as well as manage risk assessments and health and safety policy.

A passion for great service and a desire to learn is essential for the successful applicant. You will be a highly self-motivated individual, with a can do attitude that is ingrained within your personality. You will also flourish in an environment where your priorities will chop and change on a daily basis, so flexibility is vital. It is essential that the successful candidate holds a NEBOSH qualification.

Previous experience of supervising the maintenance of a commercial office is desirable. The successful applicant will also have extensive knowledge and experience of file storage management. Since you will also be handling the induction of new starters, a warm and professional attitude and outlook is key.
