OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

My client based in Orpington are looking for a Office Administrator to join their team on a permanent full time basis.

You will need to be organised and have a confident telephone manner to deal with high end clients across the capital. You must have excellent communication and customer service skills.

Duties will include:
> Diary management
> Updating the company database
> Payroll
> Basic book keeping
> Invoicing clients
> Dealing with suppliers
> Answering incoming calls
> Other associated administration tasks

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and QuickBooks would be beneficial.

This Office Administrator role is permanent working full time Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm offering a salary of up to £22,500pa.
