Our client seeks a Lapping and grooving operative to join their team on a temporary basis.

Duties:
* Prepares machine for production by positioning and securing dies, stops, guides, and turntables.
* Regulates machining by setting and adjusting controls.
* operate pre set turning centres on small to medium batch runs
*inspect own work to tight tolerances
*.flat and spherical lapping plus polishing to specific light bands

Required previous experience:

Knowledge of basic measuring equipment

Ability to read drawings

Required Technical Knowledge: PC Literate,
